Things that are bottled up..
emotions..lots of it. And various ones of it; anger, hate, hurt..usually everything stems from hurt. How much of the lashing out you see or experience really is because of you? Or the person you've directed it too? How deep is that hurt and how do we deal with it? No, watching Oprah or dr. Phil doesn't count. What 'do' you do to take care of it? How do you let go of what's bottled up in a healthy way?

Wim Sonneveld
Sometimes, SOMEtimes when I allow myself to feel what's been bottled up, I listen to Wim Sonneveld and get very melancholic of times past and opportunities lost while I listen to his song 'Het Dorp', or The Village. It's a song sung in the 60s I believe and originally written in french by Jean Ferrat.. , it laments the times of modernity and the loss of connection between the different generations. The topic is not the thing that makes me cry, it's the sentiment and the music..naturally, I need to be alone for this. Please listen to this song even though it's not in english.
