I was just catching up with you here, Ingrid. Hope the kids are now well. What an ordeal, barf buckets and fevers, oh my! I bet you need a long rest now. Good lullabies.

ps, last time I dealt with a barf bucket in a moving vehicle was when I picked up my husband post-surgery. They probably shouldn't have released him because he was so woozy. We were driving 70mph on the freeway, fastest way home, when he started losing so much it filled the bucket! What to do? We thought about chucking it out the window, but couldn't do that to the cars in back of us. I had to exit the fwy & "deposit" the contents in some shrubbery before driving on home. Yuck.

Jim, the first one is very soothing isn't it? ok..how do I segwey from soothing to bucket and their puky contents?? LOL
DK..oh my lord..if that would've been my husband I couldn't have handled that. Somehow MEN are capable of higher quantities of ANYthing (fill in the blank mwahaha)..Oh my god..poor shrubbery..it better had been a native and hardy one LOL!!

so you were only going 70hmm...?? [s]
With my minivan I have to watch..I can go 80 before I know it!!

Yup Ingrid, those men sure do produce a lot of (fill in the blank)! And yet we still love them enough to clean it all up ... or at least foist it off on some poor unsuspecting shrubbery! Actually it was such a funny experience Hub & I still crack up about it all these years later. We still like to think what the cars in back of us would've thought was hitting their windshields ... or if maybe we'd have left a swath of car accidents behind us as drivers veered out of its way ... kind of a vomit detruction derby!

Having been sick lately but not of the puking sort, I feel for you. If I had anyone around to wait on me I'd be terrible.

Very soothing songs might help.
