I just wanted to drop by and say how sorry I am about not being as active the last several months. I hope you can forgive me Ingrid. I have (as you know) been working for the American Legion for 10 years. I finally received approval to create the National Blog site this year. Sooooooo I have been working my little tail off trying to get this thing out the door. I had no idea how hard it was to create something like this from scratch (no canned software) but alas it is finally done. (well beta version anyways)

I don't know if yo have seen our new legion site, but that was an undertaking in and of its self this year.

Now I may be a weeeee bit bias when I say this, BUT, "I would put the structure of our site up against anything out there at the moment."

I know you are busy, but I would really appreciate it if you would drop by and take a gander at what I have created. Its kinda KOS meets Myspace. You wont be able to see all the bells and whistles, but I would love to give you a complimentary login so you see the best of the site. I am Sooooooo glad to see you are still blogging and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

In case you were wondering (as if you wouldn't know) I am -TED- on the site and we have yet to publish the URL so it's pretty much just me posting at this point.

Take Care \\\ Cyberotter

OH PS. I can reached at alnhq04 at earthlink dot net

Hi Ingrid!
A moment from packing! He doesn't even deserve a D. His own Hanoi Hilton pals will not vote for him because he is mentally unstable!
I think all his lies and negativism along with Palin is catching him!

Hi Ingrid - I remember that too (I think). I can't find it anywhere though. Maybe we imagined it and it was his version of Satisfaction we're remembering! That I found.

Good post above on McLean too by the way.

E...pardon my absence on Watergate. You have been on my mind though and even though you're still overwintering in OH, you're already here in my mind [s]!! I'm getting ready for ya!
How fun that you got to meet Jose Feliciano..trust me, if you'd hear this version, you'd be impressed! Jim, packing already!!?? Last thing I read was you putting the house on the market..phoo..talk about 'pardon my absence'..you probably mentioned it on your blog..sorry bud! Good luck with the packing (moving..HATE IT!!)..
Gary..hooray..someone else (besides my husband) who remembers it. Boy, what a weird thing to not being able to find any trace of it online isn't it?? what gives!! If and when I find it, I'll try to find a way to post it..
thx re. 'mclean' or as Enigma calls him 'mccoot' [g]..

I was afraid this would happen that is why I didn't want to put it on the market.
We did just put it up 3 days 3 viewings and it was sold! We already have the new house. Custom built ranch in 1969 Marble throughout including raised hearth whit marble chimney even the foundation and brand new hardwood throughout!and quite nice. The attic and cellar are almost done and we are marking everything and packing!
We have to pass papers here and move out in the morning then pass papers on the new house and move in, in the afternon on 10/31!
