Hurricane Edouard
From the Weather Channel storm tracker..
Dolly did not give us much in terms of rain and don't get me wrong..it's tough on the coastal people when a hurricane hits. However, for our areas that have been starved for a good soaking, this projected path will hopefully come to pass and give us some water. The last couple of days were in the triple digits with the heat index and I'm so tired off it already..the natives are also getting restless so thank god for school starting pretty soon...

I hope you did get some rains..and some cooling air too....triple digits...I would die...ouch...
take care in that heat....don't melt ;-)
we got some good rains in the middle of the night but that's it..everyone here is just hoping for a good, day time dousing, can you say 'singing in the rain'?? We've had times when it was like tropical rainstorms coming down after a hurricane but not after these last two hurricanes...they were veritable duds..except Edouardo at least gave us some soaking..
