I think that would to great of an honor to give him.
After all, Bush never cleaned up anything, he only muddled.
ha..I just had to 'clean' up my title, it's not 'sewing plant' but SEWAGE..lol
I'm tired obviously..
He'd be the butt of jokes (am I saying that right? Can't trust myself now I know I mess up my english when I'm tired..)

Oh, I heard about that earlier today. Hilarious! I want my local reclamation water treatment plant named after him. :-)
I think naming the plant after the shrub is too much of an honour. I think naming the actual sewage after him is more befitting. =)
