Born and raised in the Netherlands. Emigrated to and became a, Canadian. Lived for a short while in Saudi Arabia with the opportunity to travel a bit in Asia. Currently in the business of raising children. I have a political science degree from Carleton University, Ottawa Canada, hence my political interest. Suburban permie for the time being.

I LOVE Jon Stewart
same here. Only because of the crap that's on the many stations geared towards kids did we decide to NOT have cable anymore (plus, what better than to actually 'do' things as a family or husband and wife ehem, instead of watching television?? i digress...)
I do so miss the comedy channel and the sci fi channel.. (ok, I take discovery as well).. but thank god for the internet and the comedy channels generous offer of 'sharing the videos'.. thank YOU comedy channel..
