Join me in this debate in my other 'austin permie' blog. I am going to explore this whole nuclear energy debate, from the worries about the North Pole disappearing in 30 yrs, to environmentalists who are pro-nuclear energy, to the reason why this issue is more important than terrorism, to the nuclear fuel recycling issues etc. etc.
This is a hotly debated issue in the 'green zone', but one to definitely NOT shy away from.

Wow! You're blogging up a storm these days. Keep it up Ingrid. Every voice counts.
Gary! It comes and goes in waves. With the nuclear debate I hit the jackpot if you will as there are apparently a lot of pro-nuclear greens out there (with their blogs) who first were anti and then upon learning more details, changed their position. Also there are some people who have worked in the nuclear field who give intelligent discourse as to why it is the only viable solution in their opinion. I am going to be doing a lot of reading in between being 'da mom'!
How have you been? I gathered that you've been super busy as I haven't seen you post in a while. At least you haven't surpassed Dimitri with his long silent bouts! lol
