Hat tip Robster..
'That One' which is going through the blogosphere like a virus being dissected and looked over again and again is just 'one' of the many ways McCain cannot help show his disrespect and disdain for Obama. He will be an extremely sore loser and as for civilized conduct..he has definitely not the markings of a respectable person ready for a very high office in government.
The white supremacists must be having a field day...will they finally be allowed to 'come out' and be allowed to 'play'?
I smell a "macaca" moment. It's not quite as bad but it's close.
ReplyDeleteHelen, suspicion of McCain being racist aside, he definitely cannot stand being upstaged. He's madder than hell and like Hillary, his sense of entitlement shows. Hillary proved classy in the end but McCain, if he loses, will pitch a fit and transfer all that is angry in him to go against Obama in the future, mark my words.
ReplyDeleteToo bad that he did not safe that anger towards the Bushies, who smeared him like nobody's business when he ran against Bush for the Presidential nomination. Then he would've had more respect from a whole lot more people today plus he's actually have something to show for..not the 90% voting in step with Bush.
Right on, it seems like a 'macaca' moment but this is deeper than that.. "he wants to be President and he deserves it damnit!!"
Ingrid
Well said, Ingrid. Indeed, the sense of entitlement is stronger than kryptonite in McLame and the other old, rich white politicians. It must be killing McLame to see a young black man winning. I can't even imagine. He is so angry he's ruining his chances.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad this came out though. Can you imagine having a president with such a hair-trigger temper, sense of entitlement AND no true stance on any platform?
Gawd.
This is not even civilized behavior. Appalling.
ReplyDeleteAlso: excellent comments on this post. Thanks to all.
Entitlement is exactly the right word for McCain's attitude. He was so condescending throughout the debate, not just to Obama but to the audience too.
ReplyDeletei find this to be utterly unbelievable, and only goes to show that he's a racist. one could also tell that by the way he treated the young black man that asked about the bail out. letting him know that he probably doesn't even know who fannie and freddie are... huh! how ridiculous. i don't like anyone who talks down to ppl.
ReplyDeletethis really ticked me...and I was already plenty ticked about the "that one" comment...amoung other things...
ReplyDeleteoh this is going to be a long 3 weeks..
