I'm about the biggest dog nut you'd ever care to meet, and yeah, I can't imagine not having one. I got 2 girls that give me the treatment whenever I've been gone for any length of time. I can't imagine what they'd do if I was away for 14 months!! Probably maul me.

    This was sweet! Thanks :)

  2. I have two kids and a not so tidy husband (ehem, but he cooks and cleans and takes the kids places to give me a break) so to get even one dog on top..sigh..still, I prefer dogs over cats and I'd love to have one as I'm home all day. I'd take him/her running (it'll give me an excuse) if not at least long walks.. and..have some lovin' company during the day too..lucky you to have your two girls..
this is a bittersweet vid isn't it? I got all teary eyed..the black dog is especially happy boy his/her butt just wags like mad that tail just keeps going sideways so fast lol..
and yes, we need a break from politics and nastiness don't we? I cannot post on politics all the time, it's a love-hate thing for me (never mind that I studied poli sci [g])

  3. That was excellent! I have always been a dog lover. They are so loyal. My best friends have always been dogs. My wife loves cats and that is what we have now. He thinks he is a dog and I think he is the only cat trained to come to a whistle but you can not beat a dog!

  4. Not fair, making me sob up like that. Dogs just cannot hide their feelings. I like that he spent time with each one. I think the brown one was older, maybe the mother of the more rambunctious one.

I've always had dogs & cats, except right now we are catless. BTW, if you ever do get yourself a couple of dogs, you can name them, Polly and Sy!
