"The Front Fell Of"..australian senator interview
John Clarke and Brian Dore performing a political spoof pretending to be Senator Collins (Australia) and an interviewer..it's hilarious. (I figured it was a spoof some people seem to think it's 'real') 'drole' if you ask me!
I need comedy to keep things light. I know the torchbearers out there are remaining vigilant and political..I just have other things going on. I just found out one of the kids has a sinus infection (at least he's getting treated and no more worries and sleepless nights for me) and the 'other one' keeps crawling into our bed, disturbing the peace.. sigh.. family!

Ah, that is indeed droll...the part of the ship that the front fell off of!! Where are Larry, Curly and Moe when you need them?

Maria, when I first saw it I thought, is this for real? Of course, one keeps a foreign culture in mind where the sense of humour is more dry..then I thought, nah, there's no way and lo and behold, thx to some internet browsing, I saw it wasn't. It apparently is a spoof on Aussie politicians. I'm waiting for my aussie blogger buddy Lindsay to comment on this [s]..
Utah..I never really thought SNL was that funny but even my mom in the Netherlands keeps raving about 'she who looks like Sarah Palin'.."she looks eXACtly like her", my mom thinks she's a great actress. So yes, the final one before the big election..and we have to suffer an extra hour of it all due to daylight savings time...!
Linda, I'll ask my neighbour. He ventured out of his little hotel grounds and went out to explore..so perhaps he has a map where he can give me 'pointers'..I'll get back to you on that one..
