This forum will be happening fairly nearby in Killeen TX.. let's see which candidate will have the backbone to show up!
Military Spouses Challenge Presidential Candidates to Attend February Veterans Issues Forum - PTSD Combat : Winning the War Within
That it will. I'm guessing all or none, as the pack mentality protects them. It's an issue that is criminal, in the way our Vets are treated.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, that will be interesting to follow.
ReplyDeleteDo actually all candidates have a valid passport to enter the country of Texas?:)
TUA.. my husband said, FAT CHANCE! He also figured that no Republican candidate would show. And that is coming from someone leaning towards the Republican side of things. Zee.. isn't that funny how people take Texas to be like a different country? I cannot say 'cause I live in Austin and that is like a whole other island in this big state. Since I've been blogging also on the Austin Chronicle site for the time being (go to Austin chronicle site and then click on club chronicle challenge to the right)for that training for the Trail of Lights 5K, I've also posted about it there. I just can't help myself, I'm a political animal and I'll always will be..

I'm looking forward to seeing a candidate speak out openly:
ReplyDelete- end the war
- invest in education
- implement national healthcare
- tax the rich and help the poor
- reduce the debt
- work with other countries rather than unilateral bullying
and so on..
Who will it be?
PTSD? PTSD? Thar aint no such thang! It is a myth, like the female orgasm or teflon! Dreamed up by a bunch of lilly livered librals that haint never fought in no war.
ReplyDeleteLet me tells ya, If I ever got th chance ta go ta th' Iraq, I wouldnt have no PTSD! If only I could pass that thar ASVAP test!
I hear th' score is comin down. Wonder why?
